Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
Support 1200-1400 employees in 125 stores, 12 area managers and 1 region manager
25-30% travel or 3-5 days every month with some overnight travel.
Requirements
Prior HR Retail Experience Travel (20-25%) Bachelor's degree; 6+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience in a retail environment Or Master's degree; 4+ years of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership...
