Who you are:
The Senior Manager, Brand is responsible for helping set the organization’s brand strategy to ensure we are meeting customer needs at every stage of their journey when seeking long-term care and support for a parent or loved one.  

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Amplify overall brand strategy, vision and positioning for this company across marketing channels
  • Build brand awareness and consideration with caregivers, elevate our brand with healthcare professionals and our community customers, and accelerate employee passion for this company
  • Support development of breakthrough and effective advertising creative; television, print, radio, direct mail, social and digital
  • Extend and support our brand vision across all owned channels and touchpoints including expression of the brand across our sites, digital environments and within collateral
  • Maintain brand guidelines for this company; lead our brand review practice with key partners throughout the organization
  • Lead ongoing brand research; build and share valuable consumer insights to further elevate our leadership position in the category, improve our results and make campaigns more effective
  • Maintain, further develop and own our brand KPI’s and contribute to firm wide story of performance and growth in conjunction with key measurement partners
  • Manage an internal associate brand manager, creative agencies and measurement partners
Qualifications Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years' experience in brand management and helping build customer centric digital brands
  • Experience setting creative direction and executing breakthrough campaigns across marketing channels (paid, owned and earned)
  • Experience in paid and organic social content and creative
  • Fluent in being able to translate and drive growth across brand and performance channels simultaneously
  • Past experience in customer led organizations and driving real customer insights that drove to breakthrough results; seasoned in managing a brand portfolio
  • within an organization
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to think strategically and work independently; energized about a hands on and hard driving culture
  • Previous success executing complex marketing programs for small to mid-sized digital focused brands
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills; must be action-oriented
  • Ability to measure marketing ROI with expertise in B2C businesses
  • Collaborative team player, ready to share success across a high-performing, purpose led marketing leadership and organization
