Partner with Enterprise Architect, Lead System Architect and Product Owners to develop Business and Process Architecture document at the initial phase of the project
Work with the Lead System Architect (LSA) to ensure the Product is based on optimum level of OOTB Pega features/framework usage
Work with the Business System Analyst and other Business Architects across the delivery lifecycle to define process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing
Guide the Product Owner and influence the client's direction and the development team by leveraging CRM/BPM/Agile knowledge
Design of application business data model in consultation with the lead business architect
Support the LSA and Testing team to define the DevOps and Test automation process to push value to production as quickly as possible
Support the business change management activities by ensuring the impact
Provide technical training and user support to business groups
Enable team members by providing guidance and advice on Business Architecture issues like Data Modelling, Application Integration, Process flow and Business Rules
Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega7 functionality – including frameworks and OOTB Capability

Ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches
Ensuring Customer Success - realization of business benefit outlined in the Pega Business Case / Vision
Ensuring reusability of Components built across multiple Pega workstream/application
Ensuring the BA/BSA follow the Architecture and Design guideline while capturing Requirements/User Stories
Ensuring the Project Scope is delivered at high quality within the timeline
Ensuring coordination with various stakeholder during Product release plan, Test Coordination, and Deployment implementation
