Develop/Execute big-picture strategic and operational plans to meet short and long-term sales and profitability goals for both products and solutions.
Lead collaborative cross-functional teams including product development, supply, forecasting, pricing, marketing, customer service, logistics and finance.
Work with customer to ensure strong marketing plan and determine promotional opportunities.
Maintain a high sense of urgency in response to issues/concerns that arise with customer while clearly defining and addressing the issue internally
Develop operational efficiencies providing best-in-class support while improving profitability.
Develop strong customer relationships at every level, from leadership to regional warehouse team.
Strong understanding of analytics and apply as needed to increase sales.
Manage expense budget without sacrificing service to customer but engage the customer to collaborative to complete in a timely manner.
Train and educate new teammates, both internally and externally.
Maintain a creatively aggressive and influential approach towards sales opportunities.
Provide well-researched solutions to customer challenges.
Be willing to take on additional responsibilities beneficial to the National Customers group and to the Bridgestone Corporation.
Ability to prioritize certain important project over remedial tasks
