Requirements
Prior HR Retail Experience Travel (20-25%) Bachelor's degree; 6+ years of relevant experience including 3-5 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience in a retail environment Or Master's degree; 4+ years of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or direct/indirect leadership experience in a retail environment Must be located in Washington D.C., Maryland, or Virginia due to the region areas.

Position description 
Position Summary The Lead, HRBP for the Washington D.C. Region Retail Operations (BSRO) reports to the Division HR Director and is responsible for the day-to-day HR operations for the region including oversight of talent acquisition activities, employee relations, performance management, and talent management. It is a field-based role with occasional travel to stores, region or division meetings, and some company-sponsored events. The ideal candidate will possess multi-unit, multi-state HR experience.
