Location: Indianapolis, IN (downtown / hybrid role)

Growing fast-paced Facility Maintenance company is seeking a full-time employee to join our team. Hybrid role, good salary, bonus structure, and great benefits, including medical, dental, vision.


The Project Management Coordinator (PMC) role is a critical component to ensuring our jobs are handled properly from start to finish. The PMC will balance multiple projects, communicate effectively, properly plan, budget labor, and resources.


  • Operational management of projects to include execution and fulfillment of multiple projects.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordination between team, techs, and clients.
  • Structuring of timelines with subcontractors and oversight of that labor.
  • Managing the team members schedules, including technicians.
  • Ensure that company and client standards are adhered to.
  • Finding solutions to technical challenges that arise during projects.

Skill Set:

  • 2-3 years of Construction Management experience
  • Proficient with all Microsoft office functions.
  • A polished and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
  • An ambitious, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Upbeat and resourceful problem-solver with highly evolved customer service skills
