Where you'll work:
This company's Corporate Headquarters for the North American Region. This location has approximately 700 employees at this location that in roles such as regulatory, RD&A, finance, procurement, supply chain and customer care. It is easily commutable from the Rockford, Madison, and Milwaukee areas. You'll enjoy your time inside and outside of the office as we offer a full cafeteria, fitness center, and beautiful walking paths around the campus. What you'll do:
The Supply Chain Planner is extremely important to us.  We will rely on you to review finished material availability and create / schedule call off plans and production based on customer needs for our ProActive Health Products.
  • Optimizes inventory by balancing supply and demand
  • Interactions with stakeholders such as Customer Care, Third Party Logistic Providers, Third Party Manufacturers, Finance, & Sales other  Production Facilities of this company etc.
  • Periodically review inventory status and master data in ERP system for our branded functional ingredients, GanedenBC30® and Wellmune®.
  • Reconcile inventory with 3PL
  • Add new item balances and customers to SAP/MAPICS
  • Manage all activity in SAP/MAPICS
  • Manage PO creations
What you'll need:
To get the most of this role at this company you’ll need to come with knowledge as a planner and the ability to influence up.  You’ll also meet these minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.  We prefer a degree in Business / Logistics / Supply Chain / Finance / Engineering.
  • 2+ years Supply Chain Production Planning experience.
  • Background in Inventory management with SAP (strongly preferred) experience.
  • Experience managing multiple manufacturing sites
  • Experience working with a 3PL is required.
  • 2+ years of experience developing and implementing technical project management tools, such as plans, schedules, and compliance matrices
  • Demonstrate 2+ years of experience partnering with customers, account management, or other interested parties through written proposals and oral presentations in a manufacturing environment
