We are looking for ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Job Description :
- Developed scalable solutions and reviewed business processes.
- Lead team through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the Service Now HRSD application
- Work with client stakeholders to document baseline current state HR Service Delivery operations
- Develop the points of value to deliver throughout the HR Service Transformation effort
- Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones, and finalizing budget/scope and high level architecture
- Manage all aspects of the project/workstream, including monitoring and identifying any project issues early to be able to mitigate any risk for your client
- Establishing user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities
- Supporting the iterative configuration of the HRSD application, engage stakeholders to conduct reviews through joint design sessions
- Assisting with executing system validation, preparing the organization for the transition and ensuring reading for deploying the HRSD build into production
- Provided technical advisory services for multiple options and risks.
- Participated in process designing sessions and documented process flows.
- Evaluated and documented business processes and functional requirements.
- Implemented information flow analysis for various business streams.
- Designed and formulated application requirements and test conditions.
- Executed sprint planning and business estimation services with developers.
- Overall responsibility for deliverables and manage staffing and deployment
- Act as primary escalation point for issues and problems
- Identify and track all the risks involved in the project
- Perform Metrics analysis after deciding on the metrics with the QR
- Coordinate with Technical lead for weekly basis to discuss project health
- Participate in monthly dial and CSS report to know the client’s needs and feedback
Technical Expertise :
- Strong capability to perform
- Business analysis, Gap analysis on ServiceNow is a must
- Strong knowledge on ITIL process methodologies
- HRSD Certified Implementation Specialist
- Well-versed in SDLC methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
- Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, XML, JavaScript, Glide Objects
- Strong Understanding of Change & Release management
- Expertise in developing: Solutions & Proposals
- Strong communication skills & able manage communication with customer & offshore teams
