We’re growing and hiring a full-time, year-round Farm Operations Team Member to our team.
We are looking for serious and like-minded cattle professionals with proven expertise in our field.
In this role, you will be handling a variety of tasks from working by yourself running cattle operations to leading field operations with the team in this hands-on role. During the winter you will focus on specialty carpentry projects depending on your background. Given our size, there is plenty of room for growth within the organization for the right motivated individual. There is opportunity for travel to/from bucking bull events that could result in bonus opportunities given the placement of event bulls for those attended events.
We offer compensation dependent on the right candidate's background and experience.

We are a working farm so please keep this in mind when applying, the hours will vary within the 40hr work week, and there is opportunity for overtime for the right candidate and hard working team member.

In this role you can expect absolute transparency, and constructive criticism. We are raising champion stock and want our team members focused in this same mindset as we grow and get through the day on the ranch. There will be times that it might just be a rough day and nothing seems likes its going right, but in the end we all work together to accomplish the goal(s) and get through the BS because there is going to be BS on a farm, but also a lot of reward.
